Title: Degradation for Eutelsat OneWeb Network when connecting to OneWeb Network

Summary:
Eutelsat OneWeb is observing intermittent degradation for some UTs (Not All) across multiple regions for short periods of time. Teams have been engaged and are currently investigating the issue.

RESTORED: No further drops have been observed since 21:00 UTC on 13th Jan. Monitoring has confirmed services are stable. We would like to stress only a few User Terminals would have experienced intermittent short outages, wheras majority of the terminals would not have seen any impact caused by this issue. Root cause is still not known and investigations are underway. Please accept our apologies for any disruptions this may had caused to your services.

Update 14-Jan-2026
11:20 UTC - As of 21:00 UTC on 13th Jan, the number of modem resets on the UTs are back to within normal levels and services have been stable since. Root cause is unclear and teams are continuing to investigate. This ticket will remain open for close monitoring to confirm stability for the next 4 hours.
02:20 UTC - On-going investigation by ETL teams and respective suppliers. Impact could be limited to UTs with specific hardware components.
